There are 3 ways in which you can use baking soda to boost your metabolism, burn calories more effectively and lose weight faster.

Baking soda, lemon juice and grapefruit
Ingredients

½ glass of water
1 lemon or grapefruit
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and stir well until they combine. Consume this drink every morning 20 minutes before breakfast.

Baking soda and apple cider vinegar
Ingredients

1 glass of water
2 tablespoons of ACV
½ a teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and drink the mixture every morning before breakfast.

Baking soda and fruits
Ingredients

1 cup of strawberries
A bunch of fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of water
2 lemons
Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients and consume this drink twice a day. You can also add some ice to get a refreshing drink.

For best results, try to avoid sugar and flour consumption, as well as consuming alcohol and processed meat.

How To Get Rid of Love Handles – Get Rid of Back Fat. Aside from the lower abs…Love handles, or aka back fat, is the first place guys tend to gain weight and the last place it disappears

Spot Reduction is the idea that exercising a specific body part – or “spot” – causes you to lose fat from that particular spot.

How To Get Rid of Love Handles – Get Rid of Back Fat. Despite all the of bad fitness and diet information out there and the lies of the companies selling gimmicky fitness equipment, spot reduction really is just a complete myth.

How To Get Rid of Love Handles – Get Rid of Back Fat. It’s impossible to force your body to burn fat from a specific area through exercising just that area. Fat is burned across the entire body, with the specific order of fat burned decided on your genetics. The only way to lose fat from a specific area would require you to have surgery, like liposuction. But that’s a whole other topic I won’t get into right now.

So, is there a way to lose fat from a specific area? Is there a way for guys to lose love handles?

How To Get Rid of Love Handles – Get Rid of Back Fat. Of course there is. It’s pretty simple really. All you need to do to lose fat is have a caloric deficit, whether it be through exercising, eating a proper diet, or better yet, thru exercise AND a proper diet. As I explain in my diet guide, the only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than your consuming. The result is a calorie deficit, which causes the body to burn through stored fat to generate energy.

How To Get Rid of Love Handles – Get Rid of Back Fat. Where the fat is lost from is determined by your genetics, and you can’t change that. In general men will lose the fat in their lower back and abs last. Women generally lose fat in their thighs and hips last. There’s nothing you can do about the way the body stores and burns fat. However, by keeping up a diet and exercise plan, and creating a caloric deficit, you will always lose fat and there will come a point where you start losing fat in the spot that you wanted to.
