“Now fear is something that I am familiar with because I grew up with a lot of it. If you don’t know my story I used to be shy. I used to have a lot of anxiety, a lot of fear.

I was a video gamer so I just protect myself from fear just by spending all my time by myself at home in front of the computer where I would be totally safe.

And sure enough I had goals I had desires when I was young in high school I wanted to meet women and had a girlfriend, things like that but my fear kept me back. My fear paralyzed me.”

  1. I laugh if something is funny but I still have the anxiety thought in the back of my head and it was gone when I went on scary rides but after that day.. it was still there, I need help..

  2. I got in trouble a lot and I was I was just scared if I did 1 little mistake. I just am scared of every little problem, before I got in trouble I downloaded werid songs, soon these songs transferred into my sister's phone and I have no idea how to get rid of them and my sister LOVES playing music and sometimes she plays the wired songs around my mom.

    The more you try to fight it and do nothing about it and push your anxiety back the harder it will bounce back
    You just have to tell yourself that you will be okay and that nothing bad will happen to you

  5. I need help. I have extreme anxiety I have been put on countless medications that are supposed to help with anxiety. Nothing has worked. I had a concussion 2 years ago and since then I have had problems. Does anyone know what could help me? It has effected my life in a negative way.
