Today’s blog/YouTube video post was long overdue. I have been meaning to share my Candida/Yeast Infection/Bacterial Vaginitis recovery. To be honest, it’s not easy telling everyone that I used to have chronic infections “down there”. However, this is not about me! This is about you and the fact that you have tried everything to cure your chronic infections to no avail. My hope is that you find some comfort in knowing that you are not alone and that you can in fact clear up this issue.
I was about 23-24 years old when my vagina first began to give me hints that there was an underlying issue that needed to be taken care of. I started getting yeast infections/bv after every period and any intimate contact. Like most of the population, I went to the doctor and told him/her my symptoms, they took their samples and they called in a prescription to clear everything up.
The only problem with antibiotics, Monistat, oral difulan and the like is that they don’t work. Month after month, like clockwork, the infections continued. After a good two years of battling chronic infections started to make me feel like something was wrong with me. Even worse, the physicians I had gone to had no answers as to what was going on.
Frustrated, but still wanting to get rid of the unpleasant symptoms of having any sort of vaginal infection, I continued to take whatever the doctors prescribed me. I also decided that I would start using Monistat after every period to temporarily solve the issue.
At age 26 I had finally had it after finishing a round of Metronidazole (metrogel). Five days of administering this gel and immediately after intimacy (the next day) I began to experience the same symptoms that plagued my life for so long. I stopped going to the doctors looking for answers and taking the medication that was not working.
I started my own search for a cure that was less costly, emotionally draining and a plan that worked! Soon after I was introduced to the wonderful world of holistic healing via my nutrition school The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. That is where I began to learn about treating the core issue and not just the symptoms.
Relieved, I sure was, but still not completely out of the woods. I had some good months where I did not experience any vaginal infection symptoms. I also had some bad months.
After trying many different holistic treatments I realized I was over doing my treatment plan. There is no need for anyone to use 15 herbs, pills, and detoxes because honestly, you wont know what works.
After much trial, error, and tears I have finally gotten my body back. I haven’t used an antibiotic or Monistat in years – almost 5. After menstruating my body resets itself naturally and “we” are all good!
Below and in my YouTube video you will find my tips for clearing your chronic yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, and candida overgrowth. The most important tip I can give you is to identify the root cause, treat the root cause and allow your body to heal.

Stiff Neck Treatment Fast Naturally – Sore Neck,Shoulder Pain and Neck Pain Remedies (Unbelievable)
Massage is a good cure for stiff neck. You can use essential oils, like pine, rosemary, lavender or juniper for massaging as it will provide
the necessary warmth to the neck muscles along with increasing the blood circulation. A gentle massage greatly helps in relaxing the muscles
while reducing the stiffness.
2. Heating Pad:
Place a heating pad over your sore neck. It is a useful remedy which will increase the blood flow while decreasing the stiffness of the neck.
3. Ice Packs:
Crush some ice and wrap it in a poly bag. Now, cover the stiff part of neck with a small cloth or towel, then place the wrapped ice over it.
Ice is really useful for stiff neck pain relief. It also reduces the inflammation caused due to the soreness.
4. Over-the-counter Medicines:
To relieve the pain caused due to a stiff neck, you can also use over-the-counter medication, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen. However,
avoid aspirin for kids, who are less than the age of 18, as aspirin causes Reye’s syndrome, which results in swelling in the brain.
5. Epsom Salt:
Soak Epsom salt in your bath water and take a bath with it. This salt contains magnesium and sulphate, which regulates the activity of
various enzymes in the body. This remedy helps in increasing the blood circulation, reducing the muscle tension and stress.
6. Hot Water Shower:
Keep your neck under a shower of warm to little hot water for about 4-5 minutes. Don’t turn or move your neck while doing this. This is one
of the best cures for stiff neck muscles.
7. Apply Balm:
A number of balms, like analgesic and rubefacient are available in the market to get rid of the pain, caused due to a stiff neck. But,
before picking any of them, keep your symptoms in mind.
You can also use a pain relieving gel, called ‘Biofreeze’, which is available in the market. It is best suited for muscles spasms and stiff
neck and shoulders. Biofreeze is a non-oily odourless gel that works quite well on sore muscles. The main ingredient used to make it is a

Soak a paper napkin in some apple cider vinegar and place it on your neck. Leave it for few hours. Apple cider vinegar is an excellent remedy

Exercising helps a lot. Gently move your neck in a circular motion. You can also move your neck in back and forth position. Side to side
movement is also good. You can also try moving your neck in a pattern of digit-8. But, make sure it doesn’t pain. If it pains, don’t do

This method needs assistance of another person. You will require massage oil and a spoon. Spread few drops of massage oil on the area and
gently scrape the skin of your neck with a spoon. Make sure, it doesn’t cause more pain in the muscles. Skin scrapping is a great stiff neck
treatment, which improves the blood circulation while decreasing the stiffness of the neck.
Try acupuncture exercise. It helps a lot in giving relief from neck soreness.
12. Magnesium Tablets:
Take 1 magnesium tablet on the daily basis to boost up your immunity. It will also help in alleviating stiff neck.
13. Celery Leaves:
Blend celery leaves and extract its juice. Drink it daily to get relief from pain, caused due to a stiff neck.

How to Remove Stretch Marks at Home. How to get rid of stretch marks fast naturally. Stretch marks or striae distensae can appear on boys and girls, men and women, usually on the abdomen, thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms or lower back, anywhere fat is stored. Approximately 90% of pregnant Caucasian women develop stretch marks, with women of color fairing slightly better. Your genetics play a role, so if your mother has bad stretch marks, you probably will too; as does your skin type, stress, poor diet and sudden environmental change.
What is the cause of stretch marks?
They appear during puberty, pregnancy, the bulking up phase of bodybuilding, obesity, intense physical activity and Cushing’s disease. Oral steroids and over-use of low potency topical steroid creams/ointments driven deeper into the skin when covered with plastic wrap, can also cause stretch marks.
During these critical times, increased hormones in the bloodstream prevent the dermis from forming collagen and elastin fibers.
At the very time your skin over-stretches and you need elasticity and strong underlying support most, you do not have it. Unsurprisingly the dermal layer tears, it flattens the epidermis and leaves red surface marks.

A derma or skin roller helps oil penetrate more deeply. If using one, use it now before you moisturize.
Moisturize and hydrate
The more you infuse your skin with moisture the better.
Massage any natural oil into your stretch marks. What oil you use matters less than that you regularly and vigorously massage these areas, thereby improving circulation and promoting rejuvenation.
If you are pregnant and the skin of your expanding stomach feels ticklish, keep your nails short; scratching tears the dermis. Apply oil and gently rub the area with a cloth to relieve the itch.
Fragrances in baby oil dry out the skin and petroleum jelly moisturizes when applied, but the skin becomes drier when you abstain, so stick to natural organic oils:
Rose hip oil
Extra virgin olive oil
Vitamin E oil
Vitamin K cream
Natural shea butter
Vicks Vapor Rub
Smear Vicks onto the stretch marks.
Or combine lemon juice, aloe vera gel and Vicks, microwave for 5 seconds. Leave it on your scars for 10 minutes. Rinse it off and apply cocoa butter stick, rubbing it into the stretch marks.
