A headache is something that almost everyone experiences at least once in their lifetime. Approximately 90 percent of all headaches occur as a result of muscle contraction and tension headaches are commonly known. There can be several causes of a headache as physiological changes in the head, contraction of blood vessels, unusual activity of neurons, genetic causes, excessive consumption of snuff, excessive alcohol consumption, lack of water body, oversleeping, overuse of painkillers, eye strain, neck strain, and others.

Cinnamon is useful in pain relief for headaches caused by contact to cold air. A fine paste of this spice should be prepared when mixed with water, which can then be applied to the temples and forehead to get rid of a headache.

Similar to the cinnamon, rosemary herb has been found to be an amazing cure for headaches caused by contact to cold.
Add a handful of rosemary in a liter of water and bring to a boil.
Pour rosemary and water in a large bowl.
Cover your head with a towel, but keep the exposed face.
Lean over the bowl and inhale the steam.
Occasionally lifting head back up if the heat becomes uncomfortable.
Continue inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes.

Step 1
While sitting, stretch out both legs towards the front and stretch your fingers for as far as you can towards the front and back while feeling the pressure on your calves and thigh muscles.
Repeat slowly for 6-8 times.
Step 2
In the same position, form a full circle with your feet, while rotating it both clockwise and anti-clockwise.
Repeat slowly.
Step 3
Make a fist of your fingers and place it under your knees while sitting in the same position. You can also use a pillow.
Press your knees from up to down in the same position while feeling your thigh muscles getting tighter. Hold on for 10-12 seconds.
Repeat 10 times.
Step 4
In the same position, tighten up your thigh muscles as much as you can.
Hold on for 10 seconds.
Step 5
Lie down straight on your back. Fold your one leg and stretch out the other straight up in the air.
Slowly, stretch the feet of that leg towards you. Hold on for 10 seconds and then stretch towards the back.
Feel the pressure on your calf muscles.
Repeat 8-10 times, while alternating between both legs.
Step 6
Sit up straight on a chair.
Stretch out one leg straight in the air while stretching the feet towards you. Hold on and release to the ground.
Repeat 8-10 times while alternating between both legs.
Other tips
1) Avoid sitting cross legged.
2) Prepare a concoction of turmeric (haldi), dried ginger (sonth) and fenugreek (methi) and have it with milk every night.
3) You can also soak some fenugreek seeds overnight and have both the seeds and its water in the morning.
4) Have walnuts every morning.
5) Massage your knees with ayurvedic oil regularly. .
