Scars on the leg have become very common especially when we have become younger we tend to have lots of accidents, we tend to fall down, bruises, cuts and in our youth we do not pay attention to how to repair them or how to care so that the skin there comes back to normal. But as social norms are relaxing, more and more women are wearing shorts and skirts to work. Even for men it has become easy for them to walk to their office in shorts or causal Fridays. It has become important that the scars have to be improved on the legs. The problems with the leg area is the skin turnover is very slow . So you do not get new skin. So scars take a really long time to improve. So if you really think that you need to get the scars improved, there are two types of scars here. One is the pigmented scars where he colour of the scars gets darker. These scars get better by doing a combination of tretinoin or glycolic acid based creams along with chemical peels with Q switched Nd Yag lasers that will help the skin to recover very fast but if the scars are hypertrophic in nature where they are forming a keloid, where it is elevated above the skin or of it is depressed or like an atrophic scar , these scars require more detailed lasers or combination of cryotherapy, intralesisonal steroids ad these are probably going to take much much longer to improve. So based on the type of scars on the legs we can help you improve your skin condition. Do speak to a dermatologist today. There are lot of camouflage options today. You don’t have to give away your skirt. There are lots of very good quality medical grade makeup that you can use for your special day. You don’t have to count only on the chemical peels. How to get rid of acne scars and spots? One of the best after acne treatment: it removes acne scars and spots in just 3 days. All the ingredients are natural and very cheap!
Getting rid of acne is quite hard on its own, but when you feel like you finally did it, here’s another problem – post acne scars and dark spots.
We at Bright Side found eight simple and effective ways to remove all these unwanted spots. So, let’s get right to the bottom of it!
Aloe Vera 1:42
Olive oil 2:33
Apple cider vinegar 3:29
Baking soda 4:41
Lemon juice 5:26
Egg whites 7:15
Make ice cubes 8:00
Let’s find out why and how exactly do these acne scars form. The main reason is the inflammation. When you get a pimple, your pore swells, which results in a break in the follicle wall. If this break is deep, it affects the dermal layer of your skin. Your skin detects all these processes and forms new collagen fibers that are made specially to fix this problem. They try to do their best, but they rarely can make your skin just as smooth as it was before, and there it is – your acne scar is here! When it comes to the dark spots, the situation is a bit different. When your skin detects the inflammation, it starts to release way too much melanin, which is a protein that gives the skin its color. And that’s how you get a new pink, red or brown “friend.”
A lot of people buy tons of expensive creams or even get laser treatment and other cosmetic procedures. However, you can forget about these annoying scars just by making simple homemade remedies! They are available to pretty much everyone – trust me, you won’t need any unicorn tears or other impossible-to-find ingredients.
Remember that having a good skin care routine is not all. You should also pay attention to your diet. Eat more fruit, vegetables, and fish to get all the needed vitamins. The balanced diet will make your skin healthier just as much as all of these homemade recipes, and when you combine the two – the effect will be astounding!

http://AMAskincare.com Today we are going to learn how to remove scars with laser scar removal. Removing scars is one of the trickiest laser treatments we perform. Believe it or not, every scar is an anomaly and you need experience to know how to properly remove the scar. From keloid to hypertrophic scars. Depending on how you got the scar and the tissue itself, the collagen in that tissue is different. Is it a surgical, a keloid, a hypertrophic, or a scar from a burn or maybe an abrasion or an accident? They are all different. Not only that, but on different parts of your body your skin will scar differently. For instance, if the scar is on a joint where your skin is constantly flexing and moving all that movement makes it formulate differently.
So what type of laser scar removal treatment will deal with that and how do we remove the scar? Different types of lasers engage the collagen of the scar, in different ways, to cause the collagen within the scar to remodel. It’s a trick. It’s like every scar has a specific code of energies that will unlock the collagen structure that exists in it. With laser scar removal we are able to remodel it, reformulate it, shrink the scar, smooth it over, take the color out of it, get rid of it, and make it much less noticeable.
To discover the special secret code to unlock how your collagen and your scar is made up, which will tell us how to remove the scar, so that we can remodel it and fix it, is going to take 3 to five scar removal laser treatments to do so.
The process of removing a scar consists of 5 distinct phases. The first is color blending. When the scar is formed it may become darker than the surrounding skin due to an excess of melanocytes or pigment making cells. If the scar becomes pink, red or purple they contain excess vascularization. The scar may also be lighter than the surrounding skin. Depending on the color of your specific scar, a series of treatments will be customized to blend the color of the scar to match the surrounding skin. Collagen remodeling is the second phase of scar treatment. The converts the scarred collagen into new healthy collagen. The third phase involves shrinking the scar from all sides. Stimulation of new collagen production is the forth phase of treatment. New healthy collagen is stimulated to fill the scar. The fifth stage of scar treatment is resurfacing. This will blend the scar with the surrounding skin and smooth the surface of the scar.
No scar can ever be permanently removed. However, with our special blend of proprietary scar removal treatments for keloid and hypertrophic scars that unlock the collagen content and remodel it, and make it so much harder to see, you will forget that you even have it. That is the secret of how to remove scars with laser removal treatment.

If you have a stubborn hypertrophic or keloid scars, especially on areas of your body that you don’t want to conceal such as your face, you may have tried a variety of ineffective treatments to get rid of that scar that may have left you disillusioned and depressed.
At AMA Skincare, we understand the frustration that scars cause our patients. This is why we have developed a unique, multiple-modality approach to delicately and artfully get rid of your scar. Gradually blending it in with the surrounding skin. This gives or patients the dramatic scar revision results they are hoping for.
All of our scar removal treatments are comprehensively customized for each patient, due to the fact that every scar, hypertrophic, keloid, is different in composition and structure from all other scars. Essentially, every scar is an anomaly. Most of our scar treatment regimens will require about 5 or 7 laser treatment sessions and a specific combination of non-laser modalities, such as Physiological Regulating Medicine (PRM), Collagen Induction Acupuncture (CIA), and hyperbaric oxygen treatments.
Our multiple modality approach to getting rid of scars is what makes us able to deliver superior results over other scar removal treatments and creams. It’s all about our artful laser remodeling of the scar. Delicately and gradually our laser scar removal treatment will blend the scar with the rest of your skin.
3 to 4 different lasers are used per session as well has many non laser modalities in a typical laser scar removal treatment protocol. To even out coloration and blend the scar with the surrounding skin a laser color blending treatment is administered. If the scar is red in color due to excess vascularization, we target the micro vasculature to eliminate the redness using a different type of laser. Once the redness is gone, an intense collagen laser treatment utilizing 2 to 3 different lasers is administered to stimulate the production of new, healthy collagen. This will fill the scar with new collagen from the inside out. Finally, an epidermal resurfacing laser is used to smooth out the surface of the scar removing it’s roughness, discolorations, wrinkles and other imperfections.
After the discoloration has been corrected, the natural production of collagen within the scar is stimulated with carefully selected, intense collagen treatments. These treatments have been designed to accelerate the removal of old, deteriorated collagen fibers deep beneath your skin that are beyond repair through your body’s own physiological processes as well as remodel less-damaged collagen with new, younger collagen. These collagen treatments are also capable to encouraging the fibroblast cells that exist through your dermis to produce new, young, and healthy collagen within two to three procedures.
The final step of each scar removal treatment is to smooth out the surface of the scar and the skin with an epidermal resurfacing laser, or as it is more commonly known, a laser peel. Laser peels have the ability to create smooth skin by removing a predetermined section of your skin’s surface layer (the skin cells that make up this top layer are technically dead) and along with it, any imperfections, fine wrinkles, discolorations, and/or roughness that exist on it. Permanently getting rid of that scar.
